When you pay via Credit Card, your bookings come with instant confirmation. We will send you an email confirmation after you've completed your booking with confirmed flight and hotel bookings. You should receive the confirmation email generally within 15 minutes, although it may take up to several hours for it to arrive.


If you pay via Cash on Delivery or Bank Deposit (available in some countries), an initial booking will be made instantly and delivered to your email address. Once the payment is provided in full, you will receive your confirmed flight and hotel bookings by hand (for Cash on Delivery) or by email (for Bank Deposit).


You may need to add travelotleh.com to your 'allowed' senders list to receive confirmation emails and information regarding future bookings; otherwise, they may go to your junk mail.

You are responsible for ensuring that you meet foreign entry requirements and that your travel documents, such as passports and visas (transit, business, tourist, and otherwise), are in order and any other foreign entry requirements are met. travelotleh.com has no special knowledge regarding foreign entry requirements or travel documents. We urge customers to review travel prohibitions, warnings, announcements, and advisories issued by the relevant governments prior to booking travel to international destinations.

Yes, travelotleh.com prices are inclusive of all taxes.

To grant you an instant confirmation, once you build your booking, you need to pay immediately via Credit Card (Visa & Master), Cash on Delivery, or Bank Deposit. We recommend booking your flight, hotel, or vacation as early as possible to get the best prices.

All payments are settled on your behalf so you won’t be asked to pay anything except for extras, such as excess baggage, items used from hotel mini bar, hotel spa, room service etc.


Cancellation & Modification FAQs
  • Yes, you can. All such requests will be dealt with on behalf of the suppliers concerned.
  • In the event of cancellation or partial cancellation of a booking by the customer, charges may be imposed by the applicable suppliers. Where a cancellation affects more than one person on the booking, any applicable cancellation charge will be applied to each person on the booking.
  • A fee may be imposed by the applicable supplier in the event of a cancellation or change to a booking.

Changes are allowed; you must call our customer service team or send an email to operations@travelotleh.com at least 72 hours before your departure. This will give us enough time to modify your booking. Please note that hotels and airlines may charge a change fee, plus any difference in fares.
