Terms and Conditions

• Tabby is a Buy-Now-Pay-Later service that allows customers to pay for bookings either in full or by splitting the payment into 4 interest-free installments.
• Tabby is available in supported countries and currencies, and eligibility is determined by Tabby’s own criteria. Tabby operates in the following countries and accepts their local currencies:
  • United Arab Emirates (UAE): UAE Dirham (AED)
  • Saudi Arabia: Saudi Riyal (SAR)
  • Kuwait: Kuwaiti Dinar (KWD)
• Approval of payments through Tabby is entirely at Tabby’s discretion, and Travelotleh has no control over rejections or failures.
• Manage your payments Once you complete a booking using Tabby, you can manage your payment schedule, check upcoming installment dates, and view your full payment history directly in the Tabby app. All amounts due, including split payments, are visible there, allowing you to pay your installments on time.
• Refunds: If you request a refund, you should contact Travelotleh directly. We will process the refund back to Tabby according to airline fare rules and any applicable company fees. The refunded amount will be credited to your Tabby account, minus any deductions based on the original fare and fees.
